We are thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with HarperCollins, which will see our industry-leading BiblioSuite platform being rolled out to one of the most esteemed names in publishing.

HarperCollins, a global powerhouse in the industry, is embarking on an ambitious journey to unify and streamline its operations. By choosing BiblioSuite, they join an elite group of publishers—including Penguin Random House, Hachette, Macmillan, and Bloomsbury—who have already harnessed the power of our software to enhance their operational efficiencies and drive innovation.

A Strategic Move to Support Growth

Facing the challenge of replacing various in-house developed software applications, HarperCollins sought a comprehensive solution to manage its intricate publishing workflows. After careful consideration, BiblioSuite emerged as the ideal choice, due to its scalability and future-proofing capabilities needed for sustained growth, while meeting HarperCollins’ diverse and complex needs.

Empowering Collaboration and Efficiency

BiblioSuite will empower thousands of HarperCollins team members to centralize and streamline the management of their diverse projects, including books, e-books, audiobooks, and more. Our unified platform promotes seamless collaboration and communication across divisions, providing greater visibility and control over projects.

Initially, the implementation will focus on HarperCollins’ US trade division, before extending across North America and the UK. Key features of BiblioSuite, such as advanced contract management tools, acquisition P&L estimation, metadata enrichment, and data distribution capabilities, are set to modernize their operations.
