    Job Description

    The successful individual will be versatile, energetic and team oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment to see projects through to a successful conclusion. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, the key responsibility of the role will be to support the implementation of the software for publishing clients, while also providing an excellent level of customer service to our existing customers. Work is completed both online and onsite with customers so the ability to travel will be required.

    Personal Specification:

    Paramount will be a good understanding of publishing, ideally with specific knowledge in editorial production, contracts, rights or royalties.

Customer Services / Support Analyst

Based in our Brighton office, the role will involve answering support queries from some of the world's leading publishers and liaising with developers and clients to progress queries from initial investigation to resolution.

  • Other responsibilities include contributing to release testing, supporting Virtusales' developers and consultants during project implementations and maintaining our online help database.

    The successful applicant will be bright, highly motivated and eager to learn new systems with good organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem solving abilities, a logical mindset and the ability to work on his or her own initiative as well as part of a team are essential. Experience working in the publishing industry would be an advantage, but not necessary.
