We are looking for a bright, highly motivated individual to join our Brighton based support team, answering queries from our client publishers around the world and liaising with developers and customers to progress them from initial investigation to resolution.

  • This varied role also includes contributing to the testing of new functionality, maintaining our online help database and opportunities to support Virtusales' customers, developers and consultants during new implementations and other projects.

    Job Description
    The successful individual will be versatile, energetic and team oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment to see projects through to a successful conclusion. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, the key responsibility of the role will be to support the implementation of the software for publishing clients, while also providing an excellent level of customer service to our existing customers.   • Responsible for the global marketing, communications and public relations activities, the role will require a hands on approach, while keeping visibility on strategic level marketing objectives and working to clearly defined company targets.

    • Plan marketing and communication activities for UK, US, mainland Europe and ROW to include a 3-month rolling schedule
